This is the place for visitors to our
site to offer comments or suggestions in several ways:
Email your comments on web
site contents:
If you have suggestions or corrections about the web site
itself, including corrections about the contents (Adler
or the concepts), please email me at about:email lifecourseinst@aol.com.
Use the heading: WEBSITE COMMENTS. This includes such things as links that don't work,
misspellings, faulty grammar, etc. You'll likely not hear from me (except for a brief
thank you, or if I disagree...) and I will likely just correct things for the next web
site upload.
Adler Discussion
This is the section in which to make or read comments abot the Adlerian concepts, theory,
and applications outlined on this web site. To take part, please email me at lifecourseinst@aol.com. Use the heading ADLERIAN
PSYCHOLOGY so I will know which Feedback File you are addressing. I will read your
emails, edit as necessary, and post them on the Adlerian Discussion section. I
want this to be a place we can discuss Adler's ideas as presented in this web site,
clarify those ideas for each other, expand on them, etc.
NASAP Forum
If you are a member of NASAP (the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology) and you'd
like to comment about an article in our newsletter or journal,
or something from a convention or meeting, please email me at lifecourseinst@aol.com. Use the heading NASAP
DIALOG so I'll know you're referring to this Feedback File. At present, our society
doesn't have an easy way for members to respond to articles in our journal or
newsletter. So NASAP Forum can become our way
to mix it up with each other. (The NASAP office has said it's OK to have this place for
NASAP members on our web site.)
And even if you are not a NASAP member, you are still welcome to put in your two
cents worth. It would help if you have read the article in question, perhaps by getting it
from a university library or by (hint hint)subscribing.
Expanding Adler
This section is devoted to expanding Adlerian ideas for our own time and circumstances.
After all, Adler died in 1937, and original ideas ended then. Various Adlerians have
expanded or adapted Adler's ideas since then. I want this section to be a place where you
and I can think new Adlerian thoughts. For example, although Adler never went much beyond applying his
concepts to individuals, it has seemed to me that they apply to groups as well: families,
towns, states, and nations (not to mention ethnic, religious, or nationalist groups) have
their own forms of "private logic," for example...
Please email me at lifecourseinst@aol.com. Use the heading EXPANDING
ADLER so I'll know what to expect. I will read, edit, and post your comments for others to
read and comment on, keeping the dialogs flowing...
So please...let's hear from you, and make this a
truly interactive web site about Adlerian psychology!
